La Chiocciola di Moriana Bed and Breakfast offers newly built accommodation on the upper floor of a house in the town of Brescia, with a peaceful garden to relax in. You will find hotel-like accommodation but with the familiarity of a Bed and Breakfast for a stay that lets you feel at home.

The B&B has four spacious, comfortable twin or double rooms. All rooms have an en suite with bathtub or shower. Every bathroom has a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, towels and bath towels. Each room in the B&B has individually adjustable climate control (heating and air-conditioning), free wireless Internet connection for all guests and the beds all have wooden staves.

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms but we do provide a fully equipped smoking area for our guests, on the balcony near the entrance.

The Sera Room

The first room can sleep up to four people and is truly spacious, just like a hotel suite. The bed has a headboard in green moiré that matches the doors. A large rug recalls the colours of the sofa, which when needed can be turned into a comfortable double bed. The ceiling, like the floor, the desk and the rest of the furniture is made of wood. The room has an en suite bathroom with shower.

The Occidente Room

The second room offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere and is spacious enough to become a triple. It has wooden ceiling and floors, white beds and an antiqued wooden desk, while the rest of the furniture is in pale hues. The service is just like that of a small hotel but with the warmth of a home. There is a bathtub in the bathroom.

The Mezzogiorno Room

The third room is furnished with a double-bed made of wrought iron, just like the wardrobe; the soft white curtains, wicker bedside tables and an antiqued wooden desk create a romantic atmosphere. There is a shower in the bathroom.

The Oriente Room

The fourth room faces east and is brightened by the morning sunlight. It has a 180cm double bed that can be separated into two beds when necessary. The room is spacious and can also take a third bed. The fabric on the headboard recalls that of the curtains and matches the floor and wooden beams perfectly. The room has its own bathroom with shower.
